RELAX TAISO PROGRAM FOR SEPTEMBER
Relax Taiso is a low impact aerobic movement to train stability, balance and focus.  The Relax Taiso exercise serves as the basis of the Japanese  martial  art of Shin Shin Toitsu Aikido.
